Check access when a mailing address covers more than one entrance
When a Dayton property has multiple entrances, an outbuilding or a car stored away from the main drive, explain which approach reaches the vehicle. Tell us about gates, overhead obstacles, slopes and the ground surface. The driver needs the loading route, not only the nearest street.
If the car cannot roll or steer, share that before scheduling. Do not release brakes, jack up the vehicle or attempt to drag it into a more visible position. Safe photographs and a clear account of what is blocked help the operator review appropriate equipment.
Confirm the title and key situation, the amount you would receive and any pickup charges in the same discussion. A property cleanout deadline should be raised at the start, but the appointment is agreed only after the vehicle and access have been reviewed.
