This notice covers information sent through this website. It does not replace the terms of third-party services you choose to use.
Information you provide
The contact form can collect your name, phone number, email address, selected subject, and the message you enter. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, photo IDs, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
How the information is used
Merritt’s uses form information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible vehicle transaction when relevant, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain ordinary business records. Submission does not create a sale or pickup appointment.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated abuse. Resend delivers the form email. Those providers may process technical data needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and ordinary business records. Merritt’s does not state that it sells website lead information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and systems.
