Explain the route from the road to the vehicle
Corcoran includes developed neighborhoods as well as properties with longer drives and outbuildings. Tell us whether the car is beside the house, inside a detached garage, or beyond another building. The street address starts the conversation, while the final approach determines what access information the pickup operator needs.
Describe gravel, grass, slopes, gate widths, and whether another vehicle blocks the way. If a driveway has multiple branches, identify the branch that reaches the car. A photo taken from the entrance can be useful, particularly when the vehicle itself is not visible from the road.
Review stored vehicles without dismantling them
An unused truck may have a dead battery or flat tires even if it ran when parked. Report the present condition and any parts already removed, rather than relying on its last running date. You do not need to buy a battery or start taking components apart to ask about an offer.
For several vehicles on one property, send separate details and ownership information for each. Different conditions or documents can lead to different decisions, and each loading position needs review. Confirm acceptance, the offer, any removal charges, and address-level pickup availability before planning a property cleanout around an appointment.
