Plan around apartment parking and shared approaches
An assigned apartment space can be easy to identify for a resident and difficult for a visiting driver. For a St. Louis Park car, provide the building address, lot entrance, and space location. Explain whether the car is outside, in a detached garage, or below the building. Share posted garage clearance and access restrictions before a pickup method is discussed.
If other residents share the driveway or access lane, arrange permission and avoid promising an open loading area until it is available. Tell us about parking barriers, a locked garage door, or vehicles that would need to move. Photos of the approach help explain the setting without moving the car or leaving keys outside in an unapproved handoff.
